Dr. Erica Reynoso is a Los Angeles native who grew up humbly and proudly on the Northeast side of the San Fernando Valley. Her higher-ed background includes attending universities in California such as the University of California, at Santa Cruz; USC and earning a Ph.D. in forensic psychology at the Center of Forensic Studies in Fresno, California. From a young age, Erica was clear in her life’s purpose- to support and empower individuals, families, and communities toward healing and positive outcomes. Erica has spent her career serving children, adolescents, families and communities from diverse backgrounds within the Los Angeles County for 25 years. The majority of her professional career has been dedicated to serving youth and families in detention, juvenile camps and residential settings. Because the Foundation is well-aligned with the mission of community engagement and service, Erica’s dedication and pride for the community is extended through her involvement.
